Key Features eXtra STEEL line™: The frame is constructed from high-tensile steel that is up to three times stronger than standard steel, providing high rigidity and a lighter overall machine weight for reduced fuel consumption. Symmetrical Disc Arrangement: The discs are arranged symmetrically to ensure the machine tracks perfectly straight behind the tractor without any lateral "dog-tracking," even at high speeds. Maintenance-Free Bearings: Features large, high-capacity sealed bearings that require no daily lubrication, housed in a heavy-duty forged arm. Rubber Torsion Suspension: Each disc arm is individually protected by maintenance-free rubber torsion elements, providing a breakout force of approx. 550 lbs (250 kg) to protect against stones. Hydraulic Depth Adjustment: Controlled from the cab using hydraulic cylinders on the rear roller; includes simple flip-over spacer shims for precise depth repeatability. Front Tool Integration: The PRO series can be equipped with leading Flexi-cut (knife roller for residue sizing) or Flexi-board (leveling board for surface smoothing). Automatic Side Frame Pressure: The wings feature a hydraulic accumulator system to maintain constant down-pressure, ensuring uniform penetration across the full 19-foot width in variable soil.
